But the content was mostly terrible. He uses government failure on Katrina as an example of success? I mean what was his point? That if they'd never known government was going to help they would've done a better job? And then he makes fun of volcano monitoring. So his point is that the government should've not helped during Katrina and if only they'd also not warn west coast citizens of impending eruptions?
