Green tea, ultra whey, casein, BCAAs, creatine, and Greens Plus berry.
 For dessert ... fish oil pills!

This weekend I'm lettin' loose so I'm going a little strict now.

But I switched from a 5 day split to 4 full bodys and I'm STARVING ...
my PWO carbs were gummi bears though ... that was awesome.
