I don't think anyone knows what the Obama administration will do in response to this, and that includes the Obama administration. The UN Security Council is a nearly worthless organization anymore as the US, Russia and China are almost always at odds with one another throwing vetos around. So any "language" to come out of the council will be watered down and have no teeth. I'm sure that N. Korea will launch many more ballistic missiles, ooops, I meant low earch orbit satellite launching equipment, in the coming months.
