I am using it now but not fully.  Like I mentioned, I have 4 accounts and
playing with the options of how to have everything sync'd together with my
IPhone.

If I send a message from the IPhone or from Outlook or GMail, I want it to
be shown in the Sent Folder of the IPhone and vice versa.

I am also toying with the notion of using an exchange hosted solutions as
well.
