Yep and 6 months after that the same faces will show back up on some other
project they want done. Thats how it is here with the navy... Faces come and go,
but the show back up like clockwork.

Scott,

Typical. And in 6 months they'll lay the people off who were contracted to
get the thing up and running. In the end it will cost about 3 times as much
and end up doing about half of what they wanted.
