It's astonishing to me how quickly these Americans are willing to abandon their honor and ethics. And essentially it means that these torture-proponents believe America's historic values make her weak. Essentially their point seems be that we should be more like the KGB and China. They like the gulags, they like the torture, they like the authoritarianism. And I wonder: do they think, "Yeah! Gulags! Torture! All powerful executive! That's what makes America great!" We fought WWII and the Cold War to rid the World of gulags and torture, but these people want to bring them back. What a crock o' shit. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:295854 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
