Yeah wants compilation and stuff.. Dragon Naturally speaking says it does
what I want for my device but I have to but the second level version for
$199..

Voice recognition stuff. I don't know about commercial products like Dragon.
Freeware stuff like what's available from Carnegie-Mellon is fairly hard to
set up and use, but it could certainly do it. Here is a link to the Java
version, Sphinx4:

Check out the demos for samples of what you want to do. Probably way too
much work for your purpose, but cool nevertheless...
