I saw Trek at a new IMAX "experience" theater in my area on Saturday.
They had obviously converted an existing room to IMAX - for one thing,
it was one of the rooms closest to the snack bar (i.e. had been around
for a long time), and the seating was pretty much unchanged (I suspect
they rejiggered the few rows closest to the screen, though).

And the screen was suitably HUGE. But, it may not have been quite as
huge as your old-school IMAX screens, the ones that were in rooms built
*for* IMAX to begin with.

I don't really care. It's quite a step up from your normal screen
size/clarity. :D
