I just flew British Air to Europe a couple of weeks ago, BWI-LHR-FCO and back. I was thoroughly impressed with their operation, from pre-flight communications, booking the boarding passes and seats, to in-flight service. I hope they are able to work through this situation and maintain the quality of their service . . .
