As "Technologist" here I get to deal with everything we have - including the Blackberry server. I can't put into words my level of disgust with it. The main reason - every now and then one or more devices simply stops communicating with the server. We're not doing anything fancy, just tying BES in with our Exchange server. Once I clear out the phone's service book and initiate a re-send from the server everything works fine... but it's a pain. Anyone work with these infernal devices had something like this happen?
