But OBVIOUSLY Google has developed these tools for us to use and sign up for. The majority are free. They EXPECT feedback. Else, how do they make their tools better? It has nothing to do with whether you pay for it or not. There does happen to be a paid version, and it's based off the free. So if Google doesn't make it better in the free, how they going to expect anyone to pay when they arent happy with the free? Vicious cycle.
