No point in doing div and span (esp together) if you aren't controlling them in css. Float img left or size your text in a div that fits the space minus what looks like ie double margin bug.
Doing <div><span>text</span></div> does nothing for you or the site except add more code that isn't needed and put your css in a stylesheet and "align" shouldn't be counted on, do that in css. > Client is, unfortunately, using aol explorer.
