Personally I find it over the top - which is why it works for me - but I think others might find it too aggressive. However I think it's a know-your-audience type thing so some might be looking exactly for this. You might create another version that's more "fortune 500" that talks about the value you uniquely can bring; what differentiates you from others. e.g., With over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, IT systems management, and development I've learned that online retailing is more than just the technology, it's a managed connection to the customer that delivers world-class service to keep them coming back. To enable that service e-commerce systems must be well planned, well documented, and well managed. This creates the agility to change with your market and delivers the data to understand it. My experience in a variety of segments and environments has taught me to first listen to and understand the customer and then consistently deliver the IT that supports their needs.
