Water will kill you if you drink too much. Pot is less harmful to your health than boiled eggs. Coffee is more dangerous than most prescription drugs, and all of those things are substantially less dangerous than tobacco, which is legal.
Spending 50 million dollars to possibly arrest 10 men, whether as a reward or for any other reason is absolutely absurd in current economic conditions. The war on drugs is nothing more than an excuse for politicos to infringe on our rights.
