I've expressed this sentiment before, though probably not on this list, but
this is the first time I've known one of our service members not only
acknowledge it, but agree with it. It doesn't matter how we got troops
there, or why; all that ever mattered was those people volunteered to serve
in our armed forces, and their lives are on the line every day. All politics
aside, everyone that has served a tour of duty, be it wartime or peacetime,
has my utmost respect and admiration.
I also admire and respect someone who can be aware of their need for
outside, professional help in the situation you now find yourself in. That
takes a much braver, stronger person than those who won't seek help.

Good for you Bruce. Thanks for your service, and for that of your
compatriots.
