Yeah, that's what angers Phil. He says some man took the tv license
people to court saying why should he have a license when he didn't even
watch the channels that the license covers.

He said he won the case, which is why Phil never had a license, but I
like watching the BBC, and I wouldn't be able to stand the hassle.
