Art is the only one I can think of. I think it could be cool if there was a tablet type device that I could sketch, draw, and paint on. I remember an old system that had a touch sensitive 'pad' in place of a mouse that could be used to create computer art. I loved it. So I don't see what combining the touch pad with the display would not be cool.
