Eesh - how long is it gonna be? Seems like if I'm remembering correctly, you guys still have a while to go, yes? Crossword puzzles/suduko - that sort of thing is good. Does she knit or crochet? If not, you might want to get her a beginners book and some beautiful yarn. (Go to a real yarn store - they're popping up all over the place. Tell them the situation and they'll get her set up with beginner stuff for making baby items.)
See if you can enlist her friends to set up a visit schedule. Board games and cards for when you or friends are there with her. Hope it's not long until the widget arrives happy and healthy.
