Now when I go to a Verizon store have a phone replaced they copy all my contacts and crap from one to the other.
I got a whole office who got some bad blackberry problem with batteries and things dying so Verizon is replacing all of them. What do they do, ship the blackberries to the office and are awaiting a phone call to deactivate and reactivate all 7 of them over the phone so they tell me I need to come by and setup email back on all 7 because they can't be without email. I asked them what about contacts and other information, take it to the store they usually copy all the crap. What the hell are people and Verizon thinking. Their address books will just magically appear when the new phone is activated.
