I was out at Fort Snelling today ( http://www.cem.va.gov/cems/nchp/ftsnelling.asp ) and it was a great Veteran's Day: great weather, grounds were beautiful, lots of flowers, etc. One thing I wondered: there were wreaths everywhere, but I brought some white roses. Did I make some type of faux pas? I saw a ~12 point buck! Just wandering around with a doe nearby about 100 feet from me.
