Hopefully we'll finally realize that we need to get capitalism involved so that: (1.) Doctors get paid when you get healthy (outcome) not when you're sick (fee-for-service) (2.) Innovation is incented and rewarded (better cheaper healthcare), fraud is disincented (3.) We get the exact product and services we need at the exact prices we need. That way taxpayers can easily afford to subsidize healthcare for those that can't and consumers will have full control of their healthcare choices. And the best part is, we have more experience at doing this than anyone in the World.
