No, I think it is clear that the responsibility of the Republican Congress
is to hold the Executive Branch in check, and use its power of the purse to
prevent Obama from continuing his tragic and unnecessary wars of aggression.

Withholding paychecks from servicemen at war during Christmas is just an
unfortunate side-effect.

Anything less would be an abdication of their duties to their electorate,
and to America.

This has always been their platform.
