I recently built my new system, and have relegated my old computer to server status.
It currently have this raid card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816132004 Not the best, but I just wanted raid 1 for redundancy. Currently have a couple 75 gig drives for os/programs (c:) and a couple 150 gig drives for media(d:). So since I will be connecting to the server through remote desktop, I now longer need the keyboard/mouse attached. So I removed them, rebooted, and during boot up I noticed the second raid 1(d:) array did not show up during the boot sequence. Plugged the mouse and keyboard back in to poke around, rebooted, and the array shows back up. I did this several times, and if the mouse and keyboard is plugged in, I get my array, unplug it and it doesn't show up. Poked around the bios, tried disabling usb legacy support and other settings, but to no effect. I have to have to leave a keyboard and mouse plugged in as it looks messy and isn't needed. Any ideas what is going on? I'm stumped. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
