Slugs are too good for them. These guys are far lower in their evolutionary development than any mollusk - I would put them at the level of dust mite or african dung beetle (as opposed to the European, which is quite a different variety altogether).
I would offer, however, that, like all creeping, crawling pests, they deserve to be stamped out, and that the majority of the members on this list would offer to do it for free.
