I've seen a couple of stories today that highlight a problem that goes straight back to the President - bureaucracy causing delays in fighting the oil spill. Obama needs to instruct everyone at every level of the federal government to cut through the red tape and get things done. And here we see his lack of executive experience hurting the nation.
