Yes...I would bring up charges against the judge for not doing so as a breach of professional ethics.

Obama can't do it on his own. Then again I suspect that it'll get overturned with the first appeal. That judge had a massive conflict of interest. I also don't think that the recent federal court ruling will stand as the President was well within his powers regards if it may cost some jobs or not.
