Yes...I would bring up charges against the judge for not doing so as a
breach of professional ethics.

It literally takes an act of Congress or of a higher court to overrule a
federal judge. Obama can't do it on his own.

Then again I suspect that it'll get overturned with the first appeal.
That judge had a massive conflict of interest. By all rights he should
have excused himself from the case and gotten another judge in.

Exactly.  I also don't think that the recent federal court ruling will
stand
as the President was well within his powers regards if it may cost some
jobs
or not.  The many environmental laws and other laws give him ample power
to
do a heck of a lot more than what he is doing.  He is going easy on BP.
