Baltimore has been poorly run for years.

They have the size and resources to be at least competitive with the Red Sox
and Yankees...but they make terrible free agent signings. They have no
concept of building a TEAM, vs compiling just a list of players that look
good on paper. They've routinely had payrolls north 100 Mill, and still
compiled nearly 100 losses.

I hope this Wieters kid works out...they were calling him a "can't miss
prospect" (*cough* Alex Gordon *cough*), but he's been struggling quite a
bit.
