There is a difference between 'minimal government' (libertarianism) and
'no government' (anarchism). The idea of libertarianism (as I understand
it) is that you have just enough law to insure things don't have things
devolving to the point where it's rule of the strong by the strong.

Frankly I can see advantages and disadvantages over what we currently
have with either one.

Like libertarianism, which is the right wing version of Anarchism, it
leads only to rule by the strong for the strong. If you have no
problem with some thug with a gun telling you what to do then go for
it.
