You're right. I basically stated that the KGB was a communist agency.
It was. I then stated that there were communists caught somewhere in
the time since McCarthy. There were. I then asked when a communist spy
becomes a non-communist one.
So by implication and chain rule, my questioning about the spies
caught, implying that they were from the KGB, stating that the KGB was
a communist agency, and that communist spies have been captured since
McCarthy leads to the spies in question being communist. I'd have to
agree with you.

I was unaware of the changeover between KGB and SVR or I would have
used the new initials. But the SVR isn't communist. They're happy
capitalist spies.
