There's a Ferrari dealership by one the Mini dealerships in my area.
Last year when I bought my Mini, the sales person warned me not to
speed too much in the test drive area, as many of the people test
driving Ferraris used the same route. The Fairfax county police used
the area to catch up on their speeding ticket quotas.

Anyhow so I'm driving along when I Ferrari just zooms past me doing
more that 80 (I was doing about 80 at the time). I decide to slow back
down to the speed limit - just in time to go around the next corner
and see that Ferrari stopped by the Fairfax police. I waved as I was
driving by.
