Yup, it's a separate package you can download from MS for free which
essentially installs an XP virtual machine within Windows 7 that
applications can hook into if they don't work with Windows 7 directly.
Anything that runs on XP should be able to run on 7 with the XP
Compatibility Mode installed (in theory of course, though Homesite+ does
work fine with it).
