Yes. and they are very rough. They board the boats and beat the sh** out of the local fishermen sometimes.
Last time there was an incident where they 'detained' 8 and let two go ashore to get 500USD cash for their safe release. 0_0 no hugs for them. There is a fair number of Venezuelans that come over to Trinidad to work though. Really nice girls too. ... ...
