I think you need to go read a dictionary, Rick. The woman did not, and was not planning to "attack" Rand Paul.
She was trying to "photobomb" him by getting him in a photo with a piece of paper. Although in other circumstances her action might be ironically called an "attack", when you see actual physical violence, especially overwhelming and clearly unnecessarily harsh violence by multiple men over a small woman, I think you need to choose your words and comparisons a little better.
