The Happy Meal was invented by a marketing exec at Coca-Cola, who also
came up with the idea of packaging the burger, drink and fries as a
discounted meal for adults.   Soft drink sales through fast food
outlets soared, and he got a shiny European sports car and a ton of
money as a bonus for this effort.
