I have a few concerns with this concept: * What if you get a message and can't respond? No one is saying you are *obligated* to provide assistance by any means but I'm guessing there would be some guilt if you got a call, couldn't respond and then found out later that no one did. * My initial thought was, "great idea until someone tries to abuse it to look like a hero." * Will it update when calls are answered so that someone trying to respond doesn't hurt themselves trying to get there? Don't get me wrong, it's a great concept - just logistical and training issues to go through.
