they gave me no clue. i was waiting on something else showing up, and all of a sudden this large box, kinda heavy, showed up. open that up, and a crazy lookin box with some very google like graphics on it... 10 minutes later im online with it, and the verizon 3g free 100mb for 2 years! wifi is workin like a charm too.
