My newest/favoritest way to brew is with the aeropress.  Water temp is only 
175F so acidic taste is minimized.  Cup of coffee can be made in under a 
minute.  Easy clean up too.  Coffee comes out in a puck.  Results are better 
than a French Press because you don't get the sludge.
