The continuing ban on offshore drilling I can sorta see your problem with. They did abandon the initial rule after the court ruling, though, and later wrote a second, different rule. A lot of it was the same though, admittedly, as I understand it. But what's your beef with the implementation of the health insurance reform law? It's an honest-to-god law, not an administrative ruling, and has been upheld by more courts than have issued rulings against it. The administration's job is to implement and defend the laws passed by Congress. I'm sure this will get sorted out by the Supreme Court at some point but until that point, it is their duty to implement the law as written. Are you honestly suggesting that the White House should forgo it's Constitutional duty? I thought you were all for upholding the Constitution and shit or is that just empty spewing from you agai ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:334478 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
