I know you said design, so maybe these are premature. Chrome/Mac: - The hit area on the side menu is limited to the words. I'd try to expand it to the entire button, particularly since it's got a rollover effect people are going to expect to click anywhere on the button. - The privacy link seems to load a blank page - this may be intentional if the policy isn't ready yet. - I'd link up the header logo or title to go back home. I know there is a home button, but people will often expect to click ont he title banner to go home.
