Nope. Not without a subpoena/warrant. Mike would have to contact law enforcement and file a report. Then, if law enforcement decides to pursue it, they can get a warrant for the information. Even then, do not hold your breath.
Been there.. done that. Someone sent a substantial threat to me through gmail.
