Chief Economist from the Internation Energy Agency says that he now
thinks that we hit peak crude oil production in 2006. Previously he
had said the he expected the world to increase oil production up
through at least 2030, so this is quite the change of pace for him.
Sounds like a pretty clear wake up call.

...When asked at the end of the segment "how urgent is this?" Birol
responds, "I think it would have been better if the governments have
started to work on it at least ten years ago."...

Cheers,
Judah
