They got a ton of universities here in Maryland/Virginia for the Extended Learning that you have to use Skype in the class.

I do know that there's an entire segment of business people that rely on Skype to do business, and pay for the privilege... so they have a good customer base that is not going away because there is not other tool on the market now that gives them the options Skype does.
