Just a guess, but I think what they're trying to say is that there should be a correlation. Everyone seems to agree that the study isn't "robust" or "statistically significant", but they're saying that there should be growth seen in "HELP" and goods manufacturing buckets. I'll go back to my previous post and use the US as the example: (-C) + (+G) - (-T) = 0 commercial spending is in deficit, government spending is in surplus, and we have a trade deficit. In other words, as long as we carry a trade deficit and business and consumers are contracting spending (i.e, we know they're saving) we MUST continue government spending. The penalty for not following the equation is massive deflation or inflation. This has been true for eons. So that's my concern. My gut says balance the books, but this equation says government MUST continue spending. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:338116 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
