You are both wrong.
Wynn didn't abandon Las Vegas. Most of his high rollers are from Asia
so he franchised. That's smart business. He's still all in in Vegas
but only because his China earnings are floating his US casinos and
that's keeping people employed. I don't picture slave labor building
or working high end casinos in China but I guess it's possible.
