Interesting... did some other searching, mainly because the original link
didn't have much info.  I found this article:

Turns out the carrier is an overhauled Soviet model... and they bought two.
 They were supposedly purchased for the entertainment industry.  The first,
the one in the original link, has apparently been drafted into military
service.  The second is a floating hotel.

I've lived on a carrier... unless they gutted the hell out of her they
aren't going to get much in the way of berthing!
