well aside from that absolutely unrelevant comment, what it does show is the 
contempt that right wing conservatives have for most of the country's citizens. 
If you're poor you're trash and should be treated as such at least in their 
minds. I would not be surprised if after this idea has been floated another 
reich wing conservative commentator makes the suggestion that the poor do not 
deserve to vote. Then after a short a third will suggest that their right to 
vote be removed. In a couple of years some conservative right wing candidate 
will make that suggestion part of his or her election platform.
