I was about a mile from the Pentagon when it was hit... that was enough for me, I don't think that I could've stood in that rubble pile and kept my shit together.
It took a hell of a lot of strength and courage to do what you did. It's been said a million times, if we become paranoid about our daily lives, then they win.
