I have bluetooth built into my car stereo, so I do use handsfree.  I
actually dislike the uneven sound of a bluetooth - loud in one ear and
quiet in the other. When I am not in the car I use the iPhone headphones
w/mic.  I prefer having the same volume level in both ears.
