Releasing an album entirely in digital format on their website, and
allowing user to pay "whatever they wanted, including nothing" was pretty
radical.

Now i'll just say, i don't like Radiohead. Don't like their music. But many
modern bands cite them as major influences, and OK Machine was a pretty
influential album for a lot of people.

I don't know if that makes them hall worthy, but an argument could be made.
Remember, the question isn't just "do you like their songs".
