I've found eheathinsurance.com to be helpful here.  It's sorta like the
Kayak.com of insurance plans and will help you find a plan across carriers
that suits your needs.

I'm currently on Blue Cross but plans change so frequently that I would
definitely NOT recommend going with any one company based on someone else's
experience or recommendation.  Your situation is almost certain to be
different enough that any recommendations for specific insurers are almost
totally worthless.

Search around and find a plan that suits your situation.
